The REAL Blue Sky Group

Canada revenue-share guide

Understand the model before you decide whether to build with it.

Revenue share is not a shortcut or a guarantee. It depends on productive agents, current terms, and your ability to introduce and support people who choose to build their businesses at REAL.

01

Use realistic activity

Start with agent count, annual transactions, and average GCI—not headline earning examples that do not match your relationships.

02

Keep caps and fees separate

A productive agent’s cap progression and transaction charges affect the model. The planner makes those assumptions visible.

03

Lead with support

The long-term value is in helping agents evaluate the move, learn the systems, and keep building—not simply introducing a name.

Model first. Verify second. Decide last.

The calculator is an educational planning tool. It does not promise income and it should always be compared with current Canadian program materials.
